Fine-tuned vision model handles colonial-era cursive scripts with 91% character accuracy.
Boundary normalisation
LLM converts natural-language metes-and-bounds into GeoJSON polygons for spatial indexing.
Conflict detector
PostGIS ST_Overlaps query surfaces intersecting parcels; severity scored by overlap area.
Officer dashboard
React app with Mapbox GL lets officers visualise disputed parcels and attach arbitration notes.
