Data Deletion Instructions

Wkey Labs Private Limited respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data we hold about you, including data we received through your use of Meta (Facebook / Instagram) or Googleintegrations on our Site or services. This page satisfies Meta’s requirement for a publicly accessible User Data Deletion URL for apps using Facebook Login or the Graph API.

1. What you can request

  • Deletion of contact and enquiry information you submitted via forms or email.
  • Deletion of any profile information obtained from Facebook Login or other social sign-in.
  • Deletion of analytics or advertising identifiers we may hold that are tied to you (e.g., hashed email, click identifiers).
  • Withdrawal of consent for marketing and unsubscribe from communications.

2. How to request deletion

Choose any of the following methods. We aim to acknowledge within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

Option A — Email (recommended)

Send an email to [email protected] from the email address you originally provided to us. Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:

  • Your full name.
  • The email address associated with your data.
  • The platform or context (e.g., “contact form”, “Facebook Login”, “Google sign-in”).
  • If applicable, your Facebook user ID or Google account email.

3. Verification

To protect your privacy, we may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting on a deletion request. We will not require more information than is necessary for verification.

4. What happens after deletion

  • We delete or de-identify personal data we hold about you across our active systems.
  • We instruct our processors (e.g., CRM, email, analytics, advertising platforms) to delete the data they hold on our behalf.
  • Residual copies may persist in routine backups and will be purged in line with our backup-retention cycle (typically up to 90 days), after which they are no longer restorable into active systems.
  • We may retain limited information where required by law (e.g., tax, accounting, fraud prevention) or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Deleting data on the source platform

Removing data from Wkey Labs does not remove data held by Meta, Google, or other platforms. To control or delete data on those platforms directly, see:
